At Barry's Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tea arrives damaged or is not the blend you ordered, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused food items.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened tea products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return via a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
